Return & Exchange Policy

At Meng Jewellery, we want you to feel confident in every piece you choose. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

Returns & Exchanges Window

  • Within 7 days of delivery
    You may request:
    • Exchange
    • Store credit
    • Return and Refund (excluding shipping fees and any special request charges)
  • 7– 14 days after delivery
    You may request:
    • Exchange
    • Store credit
  • After 14 days
    Returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.

Sizing-Related Exchanges

For items such as rings or bracelets that do not fit correctly:

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • All accessories (e.g., tags, gifts, polishing cloth) must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components.


Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Made-to-order or customized pieces
  • Personalized items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Special orders (including high-value or sourced pieces)

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.mengjewellery@gmail.com with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a new item:

  1. Submit a return request
  2. Once approved, place a new order for your preferred item

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank or credit card provider

Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend reviewing product details, photos, and sizing carefully before purchase
